ROTARY/SHAFT SEALS
Rotary seals are used in gearboxes, pumps, and the automotive industry. The conventional retainer retainer is considered a dynamic seal that works on the rotary and axial shafts to retain fluids such as oils, greases, among others. The metal ring of the retainer serves to provide the profile with rigidity. The profile is also composed of a rubber-based seal and a spring.
HYDRAULIC SEALS
Hydraulic seals are used on hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. Stem seals prevent fluid leakage from inside the cylinder to the outside. Hydraulic piston seals block fluid flow through the cylinder head which causes the cylinder to extend or retract as a result of an increase in pressure on one side of the piston. To keep the cylinder aligned at the moment of movement, guide rings are used that absorb transverse forces, avoiding contact between metals. Scraper seals are used to prevent contamination of particles, impurities, chips or moisture on the rods.
